Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, motivated individual to join our team as a Farm/Commercial Insurance Account Manager/Producer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing tailored insurance advice, assisting clients in the purchase of their farm/commercial insurance. You will build and maintain strong client relationships helping them protect what matters most to them.
Key Responsibilities

Managing a book of Farm/Commercial Lines business, handling renewals, changes, and day-to-day service needs.

Preparing quotes and proposals with confidence and attention to detail.

Communicating with clients regularly to ensure their coverage continues to meet their needs.

Reviewing client exposures and recommending coverage adjustments as their businesses grow and evolve.

Liaising with insurers and underwriters to negotiate competitive solutions.

Supporting your Account Executive partner(s) in delivering exceptional client service.

Providing backup support for claims handling and guiding clients with care and clarity.

Continuously growing your product and industry knowledge and sharing your insights with the team.

Developing and pursuing New Business
Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in Farm/Commercial Lines insurance servicing.

Level 1 General Insurance License (willing to train suitable candidate).

Strong working knowledge of insurer portals and commercial underwriting processes.

Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and maintain a high level of reliability, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and nothing is overlooked.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, you keep things on track and on time.
